SHIPPING POLICY

Can I cancel my order? 

No, once an order is place there will be no cancellations so please make sure everything is correct before ordering. We are not responsible for any shipping address errors. We ship to the address you put on the order, so double check your address before placing your order.

How long is processing?

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND 
Processing time is 5/10 days. Processing time does not include the shipping time you paid for at checkout.

Once your order is shipped from our 5/10 day processing time. Shipping will vary depending if you paid for Priority Shipping (2-3 days). Ground shipping (5-7 days) 

All orders ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship order on weekends. 

Custom Orders / Bling Batteries / Rolling Tray sets

HIGH DEMAND 

All custom orders process from 2-3 weeks. Process time does not include shipping time that was paid for at checkout.  

 What is Pre-order?

When an item is on pre-order, it means that there will be an extra 5/10 days processing time.

 



When will my order arrive?
Once your order is through processing, it is estimated to take In 5-7 business days through USPS. International is 7-21 business days. 

Did you put the wrong address? 

It is your responsibility to make sure everything is correct before ordering but we will try to solve the issue. As soon as you’ve noticed the mistake you can email us by visiting the Contact Us Page. We cannot guarantee to fix your address before the next batch of packages ship out so In advance we sincerely apologize.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged packages!

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages! 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address you provided during checkout and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at (1-800-275-8777).

Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. A insurance claim can be opened with USPS if you purchased Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping ONLY.

Customs & Fees

We are not responsible for paying customs or any other fee that may be needed. These charges are separate from shipping costs and depend on your country. 

Returned Packages

Any packages that is returned to us we will contact you if you decide to get it refunded it will be partially refunded. What do we mean by partially refunded? Since the item was shipped out we cannot issue a full refund therefore you will not be receiving a refund on shipping cost, or we can send out the package you will have to pay for shipping fee again. 

Delays

We are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to the shipping address that you enter at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct during your checkout process to avoid any delays with your package.
